All surgery does have risks. You should be aware of the medical risks associated with this procedure before you consent to surgery. The surgeon will discuss these risks with you during your consultation, and you are encouraged to ask questions.

You will be required to sign a consent form before surgery/treatment stating that you have been informed of the risks involved; that you understand those risks; and that you accept those risks. This is standard hospital protocol and surgery will not be performed if you do not sign.

It is your obligation to inform your surgeon of key medical information that may influence the outcome of your surgery or may increase the level of risk. These include medications you are taking, history of disease, medical complications, etc.

While we expect that our patient’s treatments go well, we cannot guarantee nor provide warranties on our services. Neither International Medical Health Solutions (hereinafter “IMHS”) nor specialist clinics (hereinafter “SC”) make any representations or warranties with respect to any treatment, action, or application of medication or preparation by any person following the information offered or provided within or through IMHS.

International Medical health Solution is a referral agency provider and Specialist Clinics are recognized medical facilities.


Neither IMHS nor Specialist clinics nor any employee or professionals employed by or affiliated to either organization will be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or other damages arising there from.

For implants neither IMHS nor Specialist Clinic can accept any liability in case of malfunctioning. It is usual that the manufacturer of that particular implant is insured and liable. Unless Specialist Clinic is negligent and should have been aware it cannot be held responsible.

Country of Arbitration

In case a clear mistake is made some Specialist Clinic will accept arbitration in the country of the Client. If you choose to seek arbitration we recommend you seek advice on this matter, and to discuss your case with one of many private and public medical organizations that can determine how meritorious your case is.

In the unlikely event of complication

If, post surgery, our Client considers there is something wrong, they should immediately contact IMHS whom will then contact Specialist Clinic in writing by E-mail or fax or letter of the situation. As part of our commitment to you post surgery we will react within 48 hours during working days.


In case, after consultation with our Client both, IMHS nor Specialist Clinic agrees that corrective action is necessary, some Specialist Clinic agree that we will bring the Client back to Thailand at their cost (You must check first with the Specialist Clinic) exclusively to undertake the necessary treatment.
